He announced that he was going to SUBPEONA Dennis Rodman on July 11th...the DAY AFTER the Premier Brands/Badboy Vodka PR!!!
He CLEARLY DID NOT do any kind of investigating and is merely SPECULATING that there is some pump and dump going on here. MORE ACTUAL PROOF of that is in the actual filing of the SUBPEONA....NOTICE HOW IT IS DATED JULY 12th! So it's BEEN OUT THERE for ALMOST 3 WEEKS.....which was BEFORE the radio show, BEFORE the live webinar, and BEFORE Badboy's LAUNCH date last Saturday. So it's just a FRIVOLOUS lawsuit, created to try and scare investors (which he has a reputation of trying to do - see link below).

ALSO.....if you ck out the other companies he is trying to assault...MOST are doing just fine and have a HIGHER share price now than when he "announced" he was 'going after them'. One even TRIPLED yesterday! Lol. The only couple that are NOT doing well had over 5B O/S, or major SEC violations, etc....and we know of course that THOSE companies do exist. What's OUR A/S? Oh yeah 250M!!

So CLEARLY a BS SUBPEONA here. By reading sharps tweets, he strikes me as the kind if guy who got burned several times trying to trade pennies...so he now considers them ALL to be scams. He tries to be judge and jury...without any solid evidence. I mean, come on.....he announces he's going to SUBPEONA Rodman JUST AFTER reading the PR?!?!? Lol. No wonder ppl consider this guy to be a JOKE. He's probably a SHORTER.
