I believe what I believe because I called the attorney generals offices in the states he mentioned and found that a total of 6 plaintiffs, not knowing which one is actually him, have filed suit or are in the process of filing asset claims just as he mentioned. Was enough to create doubt. And in penny land you get the heck out at the first sign of doubt.
