i agree, i am not so certain on postyle's position but that is not a concern of mine.
my concern is misinformation being portrayed as 'cautiousness'. it seems every positive outcome for vrng is constantly spun as a 'maybe' a 'its not certain'..
this order by jj is completely transparent. the institutions that jumped in on this news are not stupid. nor am I for that matter.
i have read the documents, followed this trial with great intensity, as you and many others have.
there are people on many boards preying on the fact that many in this investment are not lawyers and therefore portray themselves as legal experts. they then 'question' every outcome to create some fear, insecurity etc, and it always seems its right where positive news comes out. let's look at past patterns here and think.
i have conferred with lawyers who are invested in this stock. i have shared what they have told me, and it was aligned with what i have stated on here.
it is also the reason i added 40k to my position on friday.
