We do not know what the base HJJ will be using until he issues a damage amount. Then we will be able to reverse engineer the math to figure out what it is. We DO know 20.9% because HE SAID IT IN THE TRIAL. Sorry for yelling but, it has been my particular pet peeve issue for some time. One question I have is if 792 is staggered like this-affirmation without hard numbers- will this indicate HJJ does not want to reveal the base until he issues 822. Do we have to wait for his finishing the 792 figures and then get 822 right on its heels? Does 822 come out staggered? For example, base is confirmed at 20.9%, but RR is yet to be determined until workaround is dealt with (a near worst case scenario IMO)? Also, don't forget about 809. How much of the lunch tab and hotel bill will google have to pay? That is still out there too. LOL Or base is 20.9%, RR is 7% up to May 13, but from there we wait until workaround is decided. I wish I hadn't thought of that.
