This talk here does not make sense.
Nobody will sell at Levels mentioned here at various post. There maybe certain shareholders with a past not friendly to the present Management, however I would assumed either the left or they hang in to much as much as they could. Destructive Money policy is not on the Agenda of individuals even when there is a feud. On the contrary.
But another Point - the tradings pattern of this stock for months is in a way not understood. There would have been plenty of buyers taking the stock in at the lower Levels, but then first the buyer has to understand what is coming against him. Next 10Q we certainly will see an Explanation. Somebody bought - somebody of course sold - and if good old J&J would have had in mind to get cheap Shares, they would have had plenty of time to acquire down here in the known range and even outside of the range.
Conclusion: If there is an offer from J&J it won't be below $ 1.- per share. Mark my words - would not make sense and nobody would tender them in. So, if and when they would negotiate an offer it would have to be based on the projected market size DECN could grab within 2 t0 3 years. All other things - simply Forget.
