Why would you participate in a call that was explicitly intended for shareholders? Did you advise EG that you are a shareholder, in other words did you lie?

Somebody had to be on the call to ask the right questions. It surely wasn't you. I already knew the answers to my questions...I just wanted to see how EG answered them.

I didn't advise EG of anything. That included giving them authority to use my name, which they did without my consent.

Now who lied? Would that be EG making BK filings using my name without my consent?

Maybe you just don't like the fact that I don't have to tell you the contents of my trading portfolio. You see, I can make all the filings pro se that an Ad Hoc can do without having to file a 2019 disclosure because it's not required by law.

I can also reach out to the US Trustee and lobby for or against the appointment of an official committee without publicly disclosing my position.

Your Ad Hoc group, even if the debtor were to execute a confidentiality agreement with the entire group, won't be proceeding to do anything of substance without a large cash retainer.

I call it like I see it. EG had the beauty contest dog and pony show to use as a placeholder in the now unlikely scenario that an official EC will be appointed and they will parlay what little effort they put into this up til now to use as a potential placeholder to bill from the honey hole.

Problem is that they didn't show me anything on the call that pointed to any knowledge or avenue as to how to deal with and/or extract any value from the Chinese assets. Who are you gonna rely on? Debtor's counsel? What good would hiring EG do if you have to keep hiring firms which duplicate billings and services if EG can't do what you need them to do? Furthermore, you don't have any idea as to what kind of money may be left to burn to even be able to afford EG or anyone else.

All these goings on are "wishing in one hand and crapping in the other" and from past experience, I have a good idea which one will fill up first.
