Just saw Dana White talking about the UFC moving to Foxsports. Made me think of your meeting with them a couple weeks ago. Do you expect a relationship with Zuffa/UFC other than sponsoring fighters? Would love to hear something on this front.

I just checked out the link you sent for Seiki on Facebook and if you look at the most recent posts...about half of them (or more) are about problems they are having. While it is encouraging to see the rep asking everyone to call their toll free number, the net effect seems to be that the tv's are being shipped before the overall quality has been baked in. Your thoughts please.

I am so disappointed to be added to the long list disappointed customers of this TV Brand. I purchased a 50in a month ago and it is already not working! There is sound but no picture. We called customer service on Tuesday and were promised a callback w/in 24 hrs. It is Saturday, and nothing. After reading all of the posts below from others, I am convinced that Seiki will do nothing to help me but send me back to their lousy customer service. Oh well, on to contacting their Execs. Maybe Rodney, Frank, Lucia or Dave can help me get this issue resolved ASAP!

I bought a Seiki 39" 4kTV and it's been amazing so far. I'm wondering, will you offer to upgrade the HDMI ports to 2.0 ports once the cable is sold on stores, or will you provide any firmware updates to be able to use 2.0 cables?

Hey Seiki, so I received my TV today... Unfortunately its not working right. It was clearly a used TV as there are scratch marks on where the stand connects to the TV, rayovac batteries already in the remote and it makes a low level audible buzzing noise when turned on... I do however appreciate the upgrade in size. but the buzzing noise is overly distracting... Is there anything we can do about this?

SEIKI SE50UY04 4K TV is good for both TV and Monitor. I like it very much. But there are some firmware issues they need to resolve to make it better.

In my case, I updated the firmware SE50UY04_20130528 to fix the black screen problem. But now the headphone jack is not working. The sound still comes out from the TV speaker instead of headphone. I've chatted with couple of SE50UY04 owners. It seems this issue is quite common. Hope they can fix this soon.

I greatly enjoy my 39" SE39FY09 Seiki LED TV. I bought this tv due to another brain injury which effects my vision damaged even more and needed a bigger monitor to track the objects on the screen than my 23 inch acer LED. I have enjoyed the Seiki as a PC monitor and a HTPC monitor greatly! I bought this at Kmart knowing it was not a high end tv and did not expect 1200 dollar tv results from a 345 dollar TV.The Tv when ran through my Nvidia card looks great and i am am able to use the pc again and watch tv with a sweet looking image.

OnlyTwo complaint i had was It came with no instruction manual and was none on website. But month after i wrote a email to them they posted a pdf on their site for my tv and it was appreciated! And comes locked in retail mode and unlocking is a pain as if don't use the tuner the retail mode stays on.

I bought the Seiki SR212S Bluray Player and used it a couple times. It worked perfect but I just tried to use it again and it won't turn on. The red light is on so it is getting power to it but when I try to turn it on it won't do anything at all. Any suggestions or do I just need to return it? Is there a way to troubleshoot it and reboot somehow?

My TV stopped working this morning (it's 4 months old). Customer service told me I will have to ship it to Michigan at my expense and they will send me a refurbished replacement. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the rep told me they were in a meeting. Yeah freaking right. What kind of company does not issue refunds? What kind of company makes the customer pay to send in the defective product and then replaces it with a used product? Do you guys know there is a group of unhappy customers planning a class action lawsuit?
