I've always assumed this is an issue VRNG is tasking the Fed. Circuit to decide. We'll know when we see VRNG's first (reply) brief, which isn't due for another month or so.

I'm fairly confident that HJJ isn't going to touch the jury math error (alleged). Also, the CAFC isn't fond of changing jury award amounts either, so I wouldn't be holding my breath on this one.

IMHO, VRNG has a better chance getting the panel to reverse the Laches decision than it does getting the jury verdict "corrected".

I seem to remember that Vrng filed a motion with the court asking for a review of the supposedly jury mis-calculation on damages regarding Goog. This motion was denied by JJ. If I got this wrong please advise. GLTA
