QYQ, there presently too many unknown variables to even guess at value or who could be included. It appears you sold, as many others did , I as many others did, bought more. This makes it hard to assess. Civil law is not my specialty.
I suggest we just wait and see what happens then if not happy, we can organize a conference call and explore our options. Let's see what August and September brings.
