I just got email from IR. Zero dilution.

The company raised the Authorized for non toxic restricted financing!!!

The company is not planning any dilution in the immediate future.
The company is working on further financing however there will not be any dilution for 6 to 9 months from the date of the closing of said financing.
The company increased its authorized capital to allow for further financing.
