IBH, this is precisely what I mentioned. This is a PROPOSED order that was submitted by VRNG for HJMJ to consider. It is NOT what HJMJ put his signature to. Sure, it'd be great if I submitted a PROPOSED order to HJMJ to grant me 7% of 40% of GOOG's revenue's, AND he signed it. But this is NOT what HJMJ signed. You gotta make the distinction between PROPOSED and ACTUAL.......
