After speaking to Mr. Hamilton again, concerning the changing of transfer agents, he said that they had found some illegal activity that had occured with the previous transfer agent. They are now bringing legal action against the previous transfer agent. In the meantime, they are working with the new transfer agent to correct the mess left behind by the previous one.
"After this..." Mr Hamilton states, "...we will bring shareholders up to date in regard to business matters".
