I highlighted some key points >> I would say that the restricted share "cloud" is being lifted as I type. It will be almost a year before all are off restriction and DF holds more than 1/3 of those.

IMO, shuttle NTEK is in the countdown phase and ready for liftoff. That will happen incrementally, and will culminate when Nuvola actually begins to ship. People will then know this is real and will jump on board like gangbusters.
