Frazier, there's something called "attorney review" on most contracts. If gives both parties 3 business days to back out of a contract. Not sure if it applies to a contract of this magnitude, though.

Usually contracts such as these are to Int Cham of Commerce contract terms.

Preceeded by 'letters of intent'. presumably all the conditions of the 'letter of intent ' have been fulfilled.

This is a done deal. Note the Contracting party has 'gone public'

Now there will be 'specific performance' which if not adheered too may result in contract termination.
