That is the thing about the long term shareholders, we already knew the money was lost. We had already consoled ourselves to that fact. We just wanted to make sure the promoters didn't drag any other investors in to the mess as well.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if hh reported himself several times. He had painted himself into an impossible corner and the only way out was for someone to pluck him out...like the SEC.
