"ADL Project

11/05/2013

It has come to our knowledge through various web postings that Medinah Mining claims that the deal regarding the ADL project has been cancelled. Amarant Mining has never received any formal notification of any defaults and will take necessary steps to protect its interests in the ADL deal.

hurricane Rick: Many thanks for setting out so clearly the new "state of the art" on Amarant's earlier claims to Medinah Minerals. The whole situation has now changed irrevocably. There is simply no ownership interest any longer held by Amarant. The use of the word "formal" in the statement of default says it all.

Quote:LOL, I can serve notice that I own 100% of Apple, but until Apple agrees, it's meaningless.

Reductio ad absurdum.

Quote:Obviously Amarant does not agree.

Obviously not. It's the lipstick for their pig.

Quote:"Amarant acquired an 85% interest in the Altos de Lipangue project from Medinah Minerals S.A. Lipangue in 2012 "

Past tense. If Amarant were a forthright and publicly reporting company, they would update their website to state that they no longer have an 85% ownership interest because they failed to meet the financial obligations stipulated under the ADL Sale and Purchase Agreement. And that they were given formal notice of default and demand for cure by Medinah Minerals which they subsequently failed to remedy within the allotted 30 days, thus leading to the termination of the agreement and loss of whatever claim of ownership interest they previously had when the contract was in effect. Sigh.
