You do realize that shorting is legal and needed in the markets to balance things out right??? Just for a minute think what would happen if these guys get next to nothing from google for their patent. Hey imagine if they get NOTHING!! To zero like a bullet!! There is way more downside gain to be had on a negative ruling than a positive one to the upside, but then you are to jaded to see that right!!
