I think the overall housing market recovery will help with new home starts-remodels etc. and Eco's newest partner Home Depot usually is a big beneficiary of a good housing market.
I think HD is exercising there lumber purchasing power for Eco since the numbers would reach far into the millions of inventory if they continue rollout- So Eco just coats the wood and collects margins on supplying a very busy customer and it helps to mitigate the risk of Eco buying large inventories with fluctuating prices and other expenses etc.
