I do not think we will se above $.03 until VFIN & WDCO get off our Ask. The party should start the second they stop selling. Apparently HJOE sold shares to raise cash & whomever made that trade decided to cash out.

If I can find some time ill try to go though the filings to see who, how many & then calculate using DD-Amanda how many of those shares I think may have already cleared.
