20% below book value, some of it's brothers had very nice day yesterday, they had reported a couple days prior, below their old book values and had bad day(s) accordingly, just like any stock on negative quarter. Seen many articles as of late that iterate overselling of the sector. Hope it bounces enough as investors see that 20% potential within the next two weeks as we approach the next ex-div date for their own purposes, whether they take the divie or not.
