I see only two reasons the CEO would do it that way.

1. He had no other alternative.

2. He had something to gain from the deal



I do think that once the deal is over with even if the price is at a penny a share that TRTC if profitable will overcome the deal.

The share price only matters if you want to buy or sell right now.
