It is clearly on FINRAs Reporting Requirements page for reporting such transactions, so it is not "unbelievable" and it certainly is not "manipulation". It also has nothing to do with supposed SEC filings that have not occured.

Whatever happens, lets all agree that in this particular situation, Nick has Control and an excuse is unacceptable. Would you and everyone else here agree??
