ut27rod, on EVSV it looks like its hovered around the 001/002 level for the past 3 months now. I wouldn't add any $ to average down as then you run the risk of losing more if it was to take a dive further down. I'd sit with what you have and if it doesn't move you'll have to decide to wait it out or maybe just take the loss and pull what you have left out. Personally, when I am down a large amount like that and the stock I am in seems to have bottomed and is holding steady I tend to hang tight for a bit. EVSV seems to have found that bottom where it is hanging around now.
