Just to clarify, L2 only shows total number of shares of bid and ask at certain price. It does not show how many people placed the orders nor who is buying how many shares (that would be nice to know).
Originally, ITNS was planning to have the product on the shelves by this summer. But like most medical/drug products, it got delayed awaiting FDA/NDC approval. That's why we are in a holding pattern. Any way I picked some more shares today. GLTA
