nbm, let me clarify. He was aware of the content of the PR. He was not aware that shareholders were not getting assigned value for their fractional shares. I personally know one shareholder who had nine-tenths of a share "lost". Bob seemed to indicate that the "internal miscommunication" I referred to in my post could have been between the company and the DTC or the transfer agent. He also seemed to indicate that the company might reimburse in cash the fractional shares. At this point it is anyone's guess.
After this stock goes up significantly I doubt that any of us are going to be that concerned about it. I mostly just called him out of curiosity and to obtain information for some others who were also curious about the situation.
