I mentioned this on another board, I don't believe the Halifax, Nova Scotia call center ever existed. I stopped by there not long ago. Also they did not register the business with Access Nova Scotia(except for New Brunswick companies) which is required.

Out of province businesses must register with Access Nova Scotia.
