volume will not dry out as long as PPM's get discounted shares

what is the objective here??? is OOIL trying to sell the system??

do they have many DEMO systems in the field working?? if not WHY NOT?? cant they even give them away??

if there are systems in the field....do they work?? do they work well enough to be marketable....

if they DO WORK...why hasn't reputable company partnered up with OOIL (IE: given them much needed cash to expand operations)

these seem like pretty straight forward questions
