Sounds like RS is becoming more and more of a reality. He is not as confident sounding as he once was. Sell the 1's and get out while you can. He will just continue to rip us off. Unbelievable!!!!
It's pretty simple really, they need PPS higher. They are going to try to get it higher by reducing share structure, if it all doesn't work they will have to RS but they are going to try to get her moving first. That's what I get out of all this.
ATYG ~ Share Structure Update Within Next Few Days Doesn't Sound Like A R/S To Me. I Take It As The Buy Back Has Started And Will Continue. Plans To Reduce The A/S, Which Is Much Needed Before Appealing To Investors. Sounded Positive, To Me It Reassures No R/S. Can't Wait To Hear What Else Is Taking Place.
I find it a little humorous he tells you look to social media for updates. His social media site has close to zero followers with little to no information on it anyway and then has a link on his email to a website that does not exist. He owns an advertising agency in addition to a mobile advertising company, does this not scare anybody?
