The same basic info in 3Q/12 disclosure.

I provided what I thought might have been the earliest reference, but same info about Llamas' position at HDDC was in the 3Q/12 report, issued on Nov 27, 2012, when Llamas was still a director at MJNA.

Since he left MJNA in Q4/12, his bio has not been posted in the two quarterly disclosures filed since the Q3 report.

I don't recall any stories or articles indicating that Llamas has left HDDC. Maybe you can find something that does, but I doubt it.
