I believe "Credibility" is when you buy the stock at .03, sell half at .10-.11, and then re-buy again this morning 20 minutes before the stock took off- absorbing the bid for about 500k shares worth. All posted publicly.
If I said it looked ready to take off at .11, then it probably did to me at the time, but the secondary that nobody saw coming kind of changed that, lol.
Actual positions, buys and sells posted PRIOR to big moves are what establish credibility IMO.
