Both you and Digi are exactly correct...couldn't have said it better myself.

When all CDFT common shareholders are down 99% in the last year (last year PPS losses to date, Fact) there is no other choice then to believe in a preferred share pipe dreams.......... Ahhhhh the real world that does not have a happy ending...... So sad, or to foolish?
