Have you read the SEC filings, they are free to read. Go to the SEC web page, do a company search and there you will find the SEC filings KR and crew have filed and you will also see letters from the SEC they sent KR.

Of course the SEC letters were put on the site by the SEC and I’m sure KR would wish they weren’t there.

Just me, but I have identified numerous items that are mistakes in the SEC filings, the SEC letters suggests KR and crew get these reported facts right. It is an interesting read. Of course Avalon does not have any real cash right now so we wait until they do!

If you do run across anything that would suggest Avalon does have some real money in the bank, please let me know.
