Guts. I use melantonin too. God sent stuff. I've never slept so soundly before. The one walmart I got from had a fast dissolving outer layer and time elapsed inner but it was a swallow kind.

If that don't work try benydral 25m tablets, their not fast dissolving but bUy the GENERIC BRAND. MIGHT BE FROM SCRIPPS
