That is an excellent deal and I would put in the maximum amount that they will match.

Whew, I wish I could! The max is more then what I make in a year! I will do the best I can to put as much as I can in the retirement account as possible. Being a broke college student who is putting all of my savings in loans and towards college, I don't have much more room then the regular 10% rule. Are there any other things you can add to my response?
