Not really. Judge is gonna do what judge is gonna do. For all we know he may be finishing up his official opinion as we are discussing it. Or he may plan on taking another month or two or three or more.
I don't think this will add any "additional" delay that wouldn't have happened otherwise. But I'm just guessing.
