Welcome to the board! Completely agree on your P/E ratio thoughts for chiscams. This sector is very tradeable if you look for: the current "hot" sector (ie solars, coal, auto), low floats, and going privates. There are a few legit names out there and I also agree that XIN is one of them. US assets, big green flag. Most folks here have been trading the chiscam sector 5 years or more.
