Here is where my expectations are set:

"As a result of this progress, the Company intends to have all of its delinquent quarterly and annual reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by July 31, 2013."

That was from Ronnie Adams to the SEC. When someone tells me that they are going to have something done by specific date, and they have months to get it done, then I EXPECT that they have it done on time. Another example of MDHI's managements inability to perform the tasks required of them.
