You are correct except Cen-1 would be much more powerful and wealthy then David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster. Screwing them over keeps David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster from every getting a loan again. Those companies talk to one another and so does credit so screwing them over screws themselves over.
