Financial statements don't lie. Tivus never showed revenues, because they never got paid for anything. If you have a contract and you actually install (by the way I don't even believe that Tivus installed anything at Marriott), even if you don't get paid, you still recognize revenues with accounts receivable on your balance sheet. Tivus never had sales, thus no revenues, thus no receivables...that is more than an opinion. That's proof! The day that Prakash shows some audited statements with revenues, that would be considered proof and I would personally apologize to that "CEO". Only in America can clowns like that hold CEO titles.
