This is why no one has any faith in Ronnie. He has never gotten anything done on time. There is always an excuse as to why things weren't done when they were suppose to be. When he states that all the financials are going to be released on a specific date, then he needs to get them done by that date. They are not dealing with a complicated accounting system. It is one product they are selling, not hundreds or thousands. I run a company that delivers over 2000 different items to over 500 dealers daily with our own fleet of trucks. My financials are up to date everyday. At any point in time, I can review any financials of my company. And auditing them for a full year only takes a couple of days. It's call being organised. This delay degrades investors confidence, and proves that Ronnie can't produce. I can only hope he gets the financials out soon, so I can dump the pile of shares I have been sitting on. I love the product, but the management needs to be replaced in my opinion.

Is MDHI CEO Ronnie feeding misinformation? Or are others just misinterpreting what he says on the phone?

This was one of the many dates promised and transmitted here. Of course after the July 31st fiasco when nothing was filed and all of the current audited financials were safe harbor "promised"
The 10-K for Fiscal June 30, 2012 will be posted on or before Wednesday (8/14).
