A purist will also look at point and figure charts and blend the the two into one perfect estimational guess as to what will transpire in the next session.....its like weather forecasting....the cold front will bring in falling temperatures and when the warm front arrives...the temperatures will rise....its something like saying that tonight it will be dark and in the morning it may or may not be slightly lighter depending on the availability of the sun
