That is not what I saw on level 2 but let's get back to the facts...

Per March 20th news... The funding from Liga is to fund the purchase of a minimum of four barbecue restaurants. After this comment on that news release it says "RTXB recently signed letter of intent to purchase the first restaurant under the commitment letter"

This is followed by "We are looking for three or more locations in the DFW Metroplex area to purchase." That means the first LOI was in effect.

Again, that news was March 20th...
