Well any time you pay an attorney without time limits they will bleed even the most well capitalized company dry unless the judge puts the gavel to the bench and says "NO MORE DELAYS, YOU EITHER HAVE A VIABLE PLAN OR YOU DON'T.............UNTIL I SEE SOME PROGESS - NOBODY GETS ANY MORE FEES"
That'll move this thing along............. but then again the judge has gotta be pretty comfy knowing that the only rulings to be made are more fees for the leeches.
