Yep, it turned out to be a solid day. DSS was hit down and fought its way back 10 cents to close green on the day.
DSS needs to continue its upward momentum in the morning, moving up to and over $1.60.
Good news is that DSS will have to provide an answer to the Novell court case dismissal one way or another with the 2Q results, even if I have to go there myself and ask the question...lol. There is no way they get out of that call without fielding the question. Hopefully we get more light earlier than that, I think at this point its the major reason we are back down here.....leave investors with no news, they will think the worst.
