I've been wondering the same thing. Doesn't there have to be a seller for every buyer in order for a trade to occur?

In regards to an earlier post on the PTAB.

No one is arguing that the PTAB has been corrupt. That corruption has ALWAYS been in favor of the big companies. Everybody knows that. Certainly no corruption going in favor of the little guy like VPLM.

So we will go with the opinion that Sawyers letters swayed the judges. Ok, so now the judges feel the pressure of having all eyes on them. So they know they have to get this right. They are going to ONLY rule based on the merit of the patents. If they don’t base it on merit, they certainly know Apple is watching everything.

So yes, the IPR Sweep is HUGE. Nonsense to think otherwise.

all these years and I never did figure this one out.

If back in 2013 one was new and clueless on something. How does that person have 10 years experience 4 years later.

Is it somehow connected to being down 400% on one's investment?

HMMMM... maybe its like claiming you are right on everything, when in reality you claimed VPLM would never get patents approve, no stinken letters were ever sent out, VPLM wouldn't go after the bigs, VPLM will never win the IPR's.... blah, blah.... you get it.
