I am sure the insiders are ready to dump as much as they can find people to buy.

They dumped 4.7 billion shares of Alto using the exact same BS about the Excelsior "Mine" as they are doing here. Same playbook. But can they find enough new blood willing to soak up billions of new shares in this company even after the Alto suspension and banishment to the grey market, where the stock is now completely worthless?
