Yep, In all good business sense, AAPT should have started out as a Private Company. They just don't have the savvy to run a public Company. They have been through so many Auditors and Consultants that just could not help the greed..
I agree with you. There are little/no assets of value here.
Brand names/patents/copyrights/intellectual property are worthless ($0 on the balance sheet).
As I've said many times before, this game (IMHO) was designed to separate the cash from the little guy (small shareholder) and deposit into the pockets of Barry/Lisa.
