Haven't heard a word. All I know is that they have an obligation to inform shareholders if they do lose such a large contract. I seriously think that there is going to be some sort of class action as a result of the lack of information.

As an oilfield business owner we can relate, it a bidding process each year for new technology, product, and of course price of product and service. So what does ESPI hold that billion dollar companies don't or cannot produce? With ESPI as noticed it's their employee's that bring the work (lawsuit in South Texas...) to the company that helps the press releases that are produced not DD and TP... So can say, employee was sued, customer had to adapt, now lets see who wins...
