I have reviewed the 2013 + Cash Flow Estimates - filed by the Debtors on July 23, 2013 - and I did not find any data stating that the Debtors have 98 B in Cash. As of April 4, 2013 the Debtors have paid out over 31 B to Senior Creditors - and state a Cash Flow Estimate of 49.7 B by the end of 2014.

Do you recall where it is stated the Debtors have 98 B in Cash?
