What do they always say? "If it appears too good to be true, it probably is." I think Barratta would like to scam as many people as he can, including Obama and the US govt.. If one leaves one's hopes and dreams out of the picture, this pink is easy to read. Sure, some people are going to cash in on pps movement driven by investors who want FFFC to do good for home buyers, but the unvarnished picture doesn't look to end well. I can find pennys that have integrity of effort and vision. They may or may not ultimately survive, but one can make gains on price movement here without dealing with people whose objective is to "lead you down the garden path to an unsavory end". I continue to watch this performance (much of which is done in mime), that encourages investors to dream big and fear being left out of a huge pay day. Are we really that desparate? On reflection, most would think not. Maybe for some its just about keeping score. I think its more about who you are, and requiring all involved to play with a full deck.
